For pre-orders, the date for shipment is not known initially. We accumulate a sufficient number of pre-orders and then we order for production in Portugal. Once we have received the products, we will process your order immediately. We are currently estimating the time from pre-order until shipment to be around 40 days.

Delivery within the EU and into Switzerland is free of charge.

We reserve the right to charge a fee of €15.90 outside of the EU (Switzerland) and €28.90 outside of Europe. You will be separately notified of the shipping costs before completing your purchase in the Mano Wear online store.

If you receive goods with apparent shipping damages, please immediately register such damages with the shipper and contact us immediately. The failure to issue such a complaint or to contact us does not affect your statuory claims or their reinforcements.
